VANTAGE / KEEPER SUPPORT
From the Sunshine Coast to your next session. Here’s what to expect.
01 / GETTING TO YOU
Orders are dispatched from the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, within 2–3 days.
Dispatch is when your order leaves us. It is separate from the time your parcel spends in transit. Delivery timing depends on your destination and the shipping service selected.
Available delivery destinations, shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout after you enter your address.
If you need your gloves for a particular date, contact us before placing your order.
02 / FIND YOUR FIT
We offer exchanges for sizing issues on gloves that are unworn, in their original packaging and still have the protective plastic intact. Check your fit before removing the plastic or using your gloves.
Contact us with your order number and the size you need before sending anything back. We will confirm the exchange process, availability and any applicable postage before you return your gloves.
If you believe your gloves have a manufacturing defect, or you received an incorrect item, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos can help us assess your request and arrange an appropriate remedy.
The unworn, packaging and protective-plastic conditions apply to sizing exchanges only. They do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Faulty goods do not need to be in their original packaging to be eligible for a remedy. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as required by law.
Have your order number handy. We’ll help with delivery questions, sizing exchanges or a problem with your gloves.
